Developing or adopting flexible scheduling policies so that employees can either social distance or work from home if possible, as well as encouraging sick employees or employees experiencing symptoms to stay at home.
Providing education and training to employees about health and safety procedures, all in an easy to understand format, like fact sheets and posters, and in the appropriate language and literacy level for all employees.
Limiting or eliminating any unnecessary travel and close interaction with others, maintain at least 6 feet of distance from other people, and explore the option of using video conferencing or calls to communicate in lieu of in-person meetings.
